Weight loss


Easy way to lose weight: slightly bent knees should be aligned with shoulders, and then simply shake for 1-2 minutes whilst smiling and listening to your favourite music, Quran, Bible or whatever takes your fancy. The shake can be gradually increased for however long you wish to do the shake for. Happy slimming ❤️❤️❤️ In addiction, it would be ideal if you eat 3 meals per day that you open bowels 3 times per day. However, due to our poor food choices and lifestyle, it can be difficult for some of us.
