The easiest way to maintain the health of your Heart, Lungs, Pericardium, Large Intestines, Small Intestines, San Jiao (lymphatic system) is to do the exercise shown in the video 36 times each. Do this every morning and can literally be less than 2 minutes.
Start by rubbing both palms together 36 times so they become warm. Then do both wrists 36 times and finish off by rubbing the backs of your hands 36 times.
