Synthetic vitamins and supplements


There is reason I am strongly against vitamins and supplements. Have a read of the ingredients and what poisons do you notice that I can see? Yes you may think you are increasing iron levels by taking iron supplements for example but what harm are you causing to your health in the process? As for the vitamin D, that is not to be taken with calcium. Food should be your only medicine.
