Strengthen Lungs


Lung 9 (LU9) is the point that tonifies Lung Qi (energy) and Yin. This means it makes the Lung's stronger while also providing necessary moisture to keep the Lungs, Large Intestine and skin hydrated.


Use this point to help cough, asthma, wheezing, shortness of breath, sore throat and chronic runny nose with watery discharge.It also helps with palpitations and high blood pressure.


Locate LU9 which is at the wrist crease on the radial (thumb) side of the radial artery in the depression. Once located, press or massage in circular motion for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Repeat daily.
