Seasonal allergies

So many people are complaining about the pollen affecting them. Please note and this is my perspective, you are not allergic to pollen or anything else. What is happening is deeply internal in your body.

Without going too medical on you, in a nutshell under white cells are 2 cells called Eosinophils and Basophils. Eosinophils ideal range is 0-2, so if it out of this range sadly you will suffer. With Basophils, the ideal range is always 0, therefore if out of this range, you will be prone to allergies. These figures work with food allergies and intolerances too. So you are not allergic to anything, but something is going on internally. This mainly happens due to Spleen energy deficiency. If you are out of range, my suggestion is see your TICM doctor.

Eosinophils are a type of disease fighting white blood cell. This condition most often indicates a parasitic infection, an allergic reaction or cancer. You can have high levels of eosinophils in your blood (blood eosinophilia) or in tissues at the site of an infection or inflammation (tissue eosinophilia).

Basophils produce natural histamine in our body. As part of an immune response to foreign pathogens, histamine is produced by basophils and by mast cells found in nearby connective tissues. Histamine increases the permeability of the capillaries to white blood cells and some proteins, to allow them to engage pathogens in the infected tissues.

If you are suffering, I recommend raw honey straight from the beehives if possible, raw honey, royal jelly or bee pollen. No capsules or tablets please as I have some lazy followers that I am not teaching well who keeps asking me about pharmaceutical goods.

If you are sneezing, apply some raw honey under your nose or in your nostrils so that pollen can get stuck there instead of going up your nostrils and then you sneeze as sneezing has suddenly become highly contagious and illegal.

For itchy eyes, apply cucumber. DO NOT use your fingers to itch them please.

Increase water based foods such as cucumbers, seeded watermelon, range of lettuce especially rocket, variety of berries, reduce spicy foods, eat foods that are easy to digest such as soups and broths. From the Asian shops, purchase astralagus root (Huang Qi) and make a nice soup with it using plenty of fresh ginger with skin on, spring onions and animal bones or chicken breast.

Sip of warm or room temperature water with a slice of lemon, lime or apple cider vinegar. If you need to lose weight, stick in a few mint leaves and cucumber slices.
