Rice water has been used for thousands of years in Asian cultures. Rice water contains amino acids, B vitamins, vitamin E, essential minerals and antioxidants.
Benefits:
Skin: rice contains the antioxidant ferulic acid, as well as an organic compound called allantoin which helps soothe and heal the skin. This helps dry skin, large pores and eczema. To use on skin, place a small amount of rice water on a cotton ball and gently smooth over your face and neck as a toner. To clean with it, massage it into your skin. Rinse if desired.
Lungs: rice water is so healing for the Lungs. Use alongside a Lung formula to heal efficiency from viral infections. It also helps replenish the lost nutrients during illness and speeds the recovery process.

To make, use 1 cup of rice to 8-10 cups of water. Rinse rice. Then boil water and rice gently until the rice kernels open up and boil a bit after that. Usually about 30-45 minutes. Strain out rice and you can eat that or use it later. You can drink/use rice water daily.
