Pitted keratolysis

Someone sent this to me. It’s a severe case of pitted keratolysis.

I have a habit of putting my patients into hospital gowns regardless of men, women, children, seniors so I can inspect their body. How many people I see with soles of their feet or their feet in dry, cracked, bleeding and other conditions so I always advise the importance of looking after their feet. If only they realised how important their feet was perhaps they would listen. But then again we have people even when they lose their health, they don’t care.
