Mobility issues


If you have difficulty, get pins and needles after you have been sitting on the floor too long or even muscle spasms, have issues with mobility, why not try the following two exercises.


Tip toe - hold onto your chair or something else and be on your tiptoes. Stay in that position as long as you can, 5-20 minutes. If you can only do 2 minutes then start with 2 minutes and build yourself up. Keep your back up straight, neck and head.


Next, sit on your lower leg as long as you can, whether it be 30 seconds or 30 minutes. Again, build yourself up keeping your back,, neck and head straight.

This will help you regain mobility and strength to help you get up easily. Practice these exercises daily, you can do them 1-6 times a day.


Now enjoy a cup of ginger tea. If you do it after midday, enjoy a cup of red dates and goji berry tea. If you have Du Zhong, add a couple of pieces as that will help strengthen Kidneys working on bones. Organic herbs are available to purchase through your TCM doctor. Note: for those of you who have a habit of slouching whilst praying, you will find this exercise beneficial. Prayer alone can cure anything it is just you have not been praying in the proper positions and postures.
