Strengthen the Kidneys: Fear
If you are easily frightened, have fearful thinking, procrastinate often, or feel as though you have no willpower, you have a Kidney problem, which needs attention. Use this simple step to strengthen the Kidneys. This movement is also beneficial if you have premature aging symptoms such as hair loss, greying of hair, joint pain, fatigue, etc. Place fists at the back on your Kidneys and lay down until you feel the warmth generated. Release and repeat several times a day. It is great to do before bed.
