Hair loss is a huge topic! Prevent hair loss with this simple acupressure technique. Use points GB39 and KID3 3 simultaneously.

GB39 is a special point known as the gathering of marrow. When we have strong Kidney, Jing, bone and sinew it will show in our hair. Our Kidney stores Jing, one of the three treasures, and Jing produces marrow. The Gallbladder channel moves Qi upward to benefit the eyes, ear and hair. Jing turns into Blood, and according to TICM, the condition of our hair is a reflection of the condition of our Blood.

KID3 is located in depression midway between the tip of the bony bump on the inner side of the ankle and the attachment of the achilles tendon.

GB39 is located: 4 finger widths above the external ankle bone, on the anterior border of the fibula.

Rub GB39 and KID3 at the same time with stronger pressure. Do it once or twice daily for 1-2 minutes each time. You can use the index finger on the GB point and thumb on KI point or use both index fingers with strong pressure.
