Foot cramps

Foot cramps are not the nicest things especially for us ladies who are in heels as well as on our feet all day. Foot cramps are definitely no fun for anyone. The most common causes for foot cramps include dehydration, nutritional deficiencies, medications side effects, tense muscles from lack of stretching, overexertion, poor circulation, and improper footwear.

Here are some ways to relieve foot cramps:

Take magnesium rich foods or apply magnesium oil or Epsom salt foot bath.

Drink apple cider vinegar while you are having a cramp. ACV consists of acetic acid, which helps your body produce acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that aids in the function of our muscles. The more acetic acid the better.

Tonic Water as quinine is present in tonic water and is known for its ability to relax muscles. Drinking tonic water regularly can help prevent the occurrence of foot cramps.

Drink black seed oil daily which is a more potent version of hydroxychloroquinine.

Eat Bananas because foot cramps can be caused by an imbalance of electrolytes, you can increase potassium by eating bananas, which can offset excess sodium in the body. But if yor suffer from fluid retention or have a damp type body perhaps check with your TICM doctor first.

Keep hydrated. You can become dehydrated from sweating or consuming excess amounts of sodium. Increase your daily water intake.

Note: Ladies, if anyone ever tells you bunions are caused by wearing high heels, they are lying to you. Tell them where to go stick themselves.

Stay well, stay healthy. Sending you all love and light xxx
