Everyone can avoid getting sick using TICM methods to prevent harmful bacteria, viruses and pathogens from external sources invading the body.
Consume ginger extract or ginger powder tea daily. Ginger is a natural antibiotic, also recognised by the scientific community. Several studies have demonstrated ginger's ability to fight many strains of bacteria. Dehydrated ginger contains even more fighting power, which is why I make my own ginger powder, putting my own love and energy into it. Ginger as antiparasitic and antimicrobial.
Wash your hands frequently, especially after touching things like door handles, elevator buttons. You can even carry around with you a small bottle of your preferred natural hand soap that you can refill.
Avoid public toilets, but if you must go, make sure to avoid as much contact with surfaces as possible and flush with the lid down to avoid breathing in germs in and around the toilet bowl. Especially on airplanes. Even when I studied biochemistry, text books stated there are over 8 billion germs that come into the air if the toilet lid is not down when flushed.
In TICM, we believe that having a strong constitution prevents illness. This is done through the food and thoughts you ingest. The body is much more susceptible to illness when organs are imbalanced. Even if you believe genetically you are weak, you have the ability to build this up through what you eat so no one is able to use the genetic excuse with me.

Avoid large crowds, take vital energy (Qi) tincture before and after you are around others. I personally have always avoided large shopping centres, supermarkets and markets because of the different types of energy. As a healer although I protect myself well in a spiritual bubble, prevention is better than cure as I tend to absorb other peoples energy whilst giving away my positive energy.
Use sinus relief tincture to help move intestines, block bacteria and viruses from coming through the nose. Sinus relief combines multiple herbs to help disperses wind and expels toxins to relieve inflammation, dissolves nasal mucus, clears discharge and opens the nasal passages.
Daily bowel movements to help the Large Intestine. The Large Intestine is the Yang channel, so it needs to be properly lubricated and flowing. Sinus relief tincture helps this activation as well.
Stay hydrated with warm water, you can add citrus for flavour and more benefits, and have some ginger powder tea.
