Anger harms Liver

Some symptoms of Liver imbalance include digestive issues, headaches, migraines, irritability, easily angered or agitated, dizziness, dry, red eyes and other eye conditions, tendonitis. For women it can also manifest as PMS, breast tenderness and menstrual pain. So why not naturally balance the Liver and smooth our emotions, Blood and Qi flow. Honour yourself through your words, expression of how you feel and emotions. It takes practice, but if you are stuffing your feelings down, they will manifest into physical pain. Get your emotion out by crying, screaming, breaking some eggs. Liver formula’s are ancient that helps eliminate toxins like bacteria, mould, toxins naturally, leaving a pain free, healthy and an emotional state that is balanced and content. Meditation promotes emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and controls stress and anxiety, it can shift your perspective to a more positive one, allowing you to tackle things more clearly. Detox baths: hot, epsom salt baths help promote the natural detoxification of the Liver, relieving stagnation, while your body absorbs vital magnesium. Coffee enemas are a wonderful way to get rid of waste and stimulate Liver function. Speak to your practitioner prior to trying and look at previous post how to do this. Reduce stress and make sure you are resting enough, asking for help is good for the Liver as well as practicing flexibility both literally and figuratively. Nourish the Stomach through easily digestible foods. Avoid cold drinks, raw and cold foods from your food intake as cold foods harm the digestion, reproductive organs and Blood and Qi flow. Stagnation induces painful periods, anger, and poor digestion. Avoid fried and greasy foods which clog the Liver. Go to bed early. The Liver wants to be asleep before 11pm. Eat lighter at night if you are experiencing these issues. Food should not be eaten after 7pm as that is when the digestive system is completely weak that this will lead to food stagnation. Connect to creativity, connect with nature, cook for yourself, unplug the WiFi, eat tons of leafy greens and sour foods. Do not eat vegetables with meat for iron consumption purposes, check out previous post on why in detail.

Note: Anger can lead to breast or reproductive system cancer in women, prostate cancer in men, Liver cancer in both.
